Makin' Scents Candles was started in 1999 with an idea and a crock-pot in Ronda’s kitchen. It wasn’t long before word got around about our highly scented candles and the kitchen could no longer serve as our “shop.” From that moment on we became Makin' Scents Candles. We are a family owned business, and the phone may be answered by either my husband, one of our three children, our son in law, or one of our friends, who knows who you might be lucky enough to talk to. Just ask for Ronda.
P.S. You might even get to talk to our 2 year old GRANDson "Brock" thank goodness for caller ID, because he's not to good at relaying messages ;-) If your lucky enough to get to talk to Brock, we will call you back...

Our goal is to be the best, not the biggest. That is why we take pride in the fact that all of our candles are Handpoured with a superb burn time and an unbelievable scent throw. There are no factory lines. Candle making is more than wax melting and pouring. At Makin' Scents Candles we handpour each candle, making sure that our candles are of top quality. Making top quality candles is more costly, but at Makin' Scents Candles we know that giving you what you pay for will make you a satisfied customer, and that is our goal. We have tested hundreds of scents from around the country and hand picked only the best. At Makin' Scents Candles we use only the purest, highly concentrated wax and soluble fragrance oils available. Our fragrance oils are thoroughly blended in a single batch, giving you that same great scent throw from the top to the bottom of the candle.
