	Makin' Scents Policies Please Read All Policies before ordering ::Shipping:: There is a minimum Shipping charge of $5.00 We ship UPS Ground & USPS We make every effort to ship within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of your order. Payments must clear before orders are shipped. Occasionally this will be longer, due to out of stock items, or during our busy months of October through December, so order early for the Holidays. Customer will be notified in case of backorder's. During the summer months we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only to minimize damage during transit. We don't want your order sitting someplace in a hot truck over the weekend, wax melts! We never ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays We can not ship to PO Boxes Please let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will make every effort to comply with your request. ::Payments:: We are now accepting Visa and MasterCard, through PayPal. You must be a member of PayPal to use this service, if your not a member sign up now, it's FREE. Click on the PayPal logo below to sign up. We also accept Checks and Money Orders. Checks delay shipping 7 to 10 days for clearance. All orders must be prepaid. After receiving your order we will email you a confirmation of your order including your SHIPPING costs and total due. If Check, Money Order or Credit Card Payment is not received within 10 business days from the date the order was placed, Order will be Canceled by Makin' Scents, no further notice will be given. ::Return Policy:: (No returns without prior authorization.) We strive for perfection in our products, as with any handmade product, no two are alike, colors may vary from batch to batch. If you are not satisfied with a scent you have ordered, simply return it within 10 days, UNBURNED, and we will gladly exchange for the price of re-shipping, or refund your money, (purchase price only). A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns with an explanation of why you are returning the product. We will not accept COD returns. Makin' Scents will pay for shipping of any items returned because of an error on our part. All other returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All refunds or credits for an exchange will be based on the purchase price at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped the wrong item. All items must be packed adequately to prevent damage in transit. When we receive the return merchandise, we will provide a refund for the returns, minus restocking fee (if applicable). ::Damaged Items:: Please inspect all packages carefully upon delivery. All discrepancies need to be reported within 3 days to receive credit or replacement. We will issue you a call number for the return at our expense. A credit, (purchase price only) will be applied to your account or we will refund your money, (purchase price only) or send a replacement product. Call or Email us for Authorization to return No returns without prior authorization. Returns without authorization WILL BE REFUSED. There will be no exceptions. Authorization will only be given on damaged or defective merchandise. The shipping cost of all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless your return is defective or we incorrectly filled your order.
